Job Description- MarTech Consultant

We are actively seeking passionate Business Transformation Specialists, who love to use their Data and Analytics capabilities to bring about transformations in Organisation and help them succeed in the Marketplace. You are highly passionate and enthusiastic in crafting the Martech Journeys for Organisations who are wresting on you to define their Data Strategy and also expecting you to lead this Transformation. You are typically expected to have the below skillsets

  • Solid understanding of marketing, marketing technologies and ability to apply technology know-how to better understand customers
  • Design technical design solutions, customising where required, using Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Adobe Experience Cloud
  • Partner and team with technology solution providers to deliver the best solution meeting the needs of clients
  • Experience of AdTech & Martech, Data visualisation platforms like Datorama, Tableau, Data Studio and Cloud Platforms and similar would be an advantage
  • Be an expert and have implementation experience in DMPs, CDP and Marketing Clouds
  • Have an understanding of other marketing and advertising technology, including DSPs, DCO, adservers, etc.
  • Understand the standard workflows and metrics involved in digital marketing programs including how to traffic a media + data campaign, calculate cost (CPM, CPC, CPA), and measure performance (ROI, ROAS, CTR, CPA, AOV, RPV, Conversion Rate, etc.)
  • Be capable of inventing and architecting complex technological solutions to solve specific marketing challenges.

As Transformation Specialist-Data, you will need to

  • Work on client engagements for creating a Martech strategy and roadmap, or quantifying ROI from solutions
  • Actively participate as the technical expert in data-driven marketing strategy workshops for both clients and agencies
  • Analyse and solve moderately complex problems, build data strategy and roadmap
  • Understand the strategic direction set by senior management, clearly communicate team goals, deliverables, and keep the team updated on change
  • Help translate business requirements into technology requirements for inclusion in contracts and/or statements of work.
  • Execute consulting engagement for Advisory services on Martech Ecosystem

Modernization

  • Take a leadership role on projects demonstrating experience handling projects through the entire project lifecycle. This includes running multi-phase/multi-dimensional/multiresource projects to conclusion while maintaining high customer satisfaction
  • Participate in new business meetings / pitches as Subject Matter Expert representing all possible uses of the Platform in marketing programs
  • Mentor other consultants to share your knowledge and experience
  • Build consulting assets, collaterals, and methods
  • Build GTM content and collaterals
  • Develop use case(s) storylines and high-level reference architecture(s)
  • Participate in thought leadership activities by contributing to articles/ talks
  • Be an individual contributor and/or oversee a small work effort and/or team.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise And since, this exciting job is not just about designing Data Strategy

  • Total of around 6+ years of experience within the Data space – Datalake, Data warehousing, ETL, Big Data Engineering, Cloud Based Data Ecosystem
  • Experience and ideally certified in two/three marketing cloud venders (Salesforce/Oracle/Adobe)
  • Ability to establish strong client relationship
  • Broad knowledge of web technologies (HTML, JavaScript, style sheets, MMPs, Analytics tracking and Dashboarding, APIs etc.)
  • Understanding data structures and modelling, preferably including experience of SQL
  • Experience working with APIs – SOAP and REST based APIs
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong execution skills, while being able to contribute to strategy formulation
  • Experience in solutioning, building effort estimates and costing/ pricing, making presentations to CXOs and building / leading prototype development
  • Written and verbal communication
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders
