Complimentary Registration Form

Your details will appear in the delegate list and on your badge as follows (designation will not be shown on your badge)

Onsite Registration

  • You will not be sent a physical entry ticket. Instead, your delegate badge will be waiting for you at the registration desk. You simply need to present your business card.
  • The registration desk will be open from 8:00am on conference days. Those attending the welcome dinner on the evening of 4 June will also be able to pick up their badge at that time, enabling you to avoid queues in the morning.
  • Your badge will act as your entry ticket for the conference and networking events, so please wear your badge at all times.

Accommodation

  • For guests who wish to book accommodation at The Andaz, please email Rishant Patial, Assistant Sales Manager on rishant.patial@andaz.com for the best rates available for delegates.
  • Please note that the hotel has an extremely high occupancy rate on the dates of the summit. If you are unable to secure accommodation at the venue, this should not cause too much inconvenience. There are multiple hotels in the Aerocity precinct within 5–10 minutes of walking distance of The Andaz, at a variety of price points, including:
    • JW Marriott
    • Novotel
    • Pullman
    • Aloft
    • Pride Plaza
  • Also, just a few minutes further, you will find:
    • The Roseate
    • Holiday Inn
    • Lemon Tree
    • Red Fox
    • Ibis

Airport Transfers

  • For guests who wish to book accommodation at The Andaz, we will share a reservation link next week.
  • The Andaz is just 10–15 minutes drive from all three terminals at Delhi International Airport.
    • Transfer options include:
    • Transfer arranged directly with the hotel
    • Rideshare such as Uber, Ola and BluSmart
    • Pre-paid taxi from the airport
    • Metro (one stop on the Airport Express metro from the airport to Aerocity, followed by a 15-minute walk) – this may not be so convenient with luggage, especially given it will be quite hot at this time of year

Conference Sessions

  • Conference sessions are scheduled for 9:00am–6:00pm each day.
  • Lunch and two coffee breaks will be served and are included in your registration.
  • Dress code is business attire.

Welcome & Networking Dinners

  • Access to the dinners is included in your registration.
  • The summit dinners are scheduled for 7:00pm–10:00pm on 4th, 5th and 6th June. Pre-dinner drinks will be served shortly after 6:00pm on 5th and 6th June, once the final conference session has concluded, so that delegates who are not staying at the hotel will have the opportunity to relax and socialise straight away.
  • The evening functions are designed to maximise the opportunity to network, with a free-flowing, relaxed format. Delegates may join and leave at any time.
  • Dress code is smart casual or business (for those that do not have the opportunity to change after the conference).
  • We encourage you to join us for these dinners to relax, meet old friends and make new ones, and to maximise the value that you get from participating in the summit.

Visa Requirements

  • All foreign nationals (except those from Bhutan and Nepal) require a visa for travel to India. Only Japanese and Korean nationals can obtain visa on arrival.
  • Citizens of most countries are now eligible for an e-Visa, which means that the entire process can be completed online without the need to visit a visa processing centre or to send in your passport. Please note that applications must be submitted online at least 4 days before arrival and no more than 30 days before. For further information about eligible nationalities, conditions and the application process, please visit https://indianvisaonline.gov.in/visa/tvoa.html.
  • Please ‘do not apply’ for an e-Conference visa as this is only applicable for events organised by the Government of India. Delegates attending private sector industry meetings need to apply for an eBusiness visa, and then select business/trade fair.
  • During the e-Visa application process, you may be requested for contact details for a reference. You may use the following information for this purpose:
    • Reference Name in India: Ms. Abhipsa Talwar
    • Address: 518, 5th Floor, World Trade Centre, Babar Road, New Delhi 110001, India
    • Phone: +91 98786 16161 & +91 11 2341 4440
  • As a guide, e-Visas are usually issued within 72 hours, though this cannot be guaranteed and is subject to individual circumstances.
  • Citizens of countries not eligible for an e-Visa should contact their nearest Indian diplomatic mission as soon as possible to ascertain the applicable visa requirements and process.
  • If you require a ‘Letter of Invitation’ to support your application, we can prepare such a document once you have confirmed your registration. To request a letter, please email marketing@capaindia.com with the subject header ‘Visa Invitation Letter’, providing your full name (as it appears in your passport), your nationality and passport number. Please ensure that you allow sufficient time for the processing of your visa.
