Application Form for Media Pass
- Media passes include access to the day sessions of the summit only.
- All registered media must reference “CAPA India” and/or “CAPA India Aviation Summit” in any articles generated from the event and/or on the sidelines of the event.
- Media passes are strictly limited. CAPA India reserves the right to refuse applications for media passes.
- Your application is not approved until you receive confirmation from CAPA India.
Onsite Registration
- You will not be sent a physical entry ticket. Instead, your media badge will be waiting for you at the media desk. You simply need to present your business card.
- The media desk will be open from 8:00am on conference days.
- Your badge will act as your entry ticket for the conference, so please wear your badge at all times.
Conference Sessions
- Conference sessions are scheduled for 9:00am–6:00pm each day.
- Dress code is business attire.
